What happens when an appliance fails?

The item is clearly identified and recorded so it can be removed from use, repaired or replaced as appropriate.

Is your test equipment calibrated?

The business follows test equipment calibrated on an annual cycle to support reliable testing records.

Are you insured and qualified?
